6G revolution through in-network AI: In the 6G era, it will no longer be computing but rather data transmission that becomes the bottleneck for scalable AI.

An autonomous vehicle, a surgical robot, or a financial system — they all require split-second decisions. But the cloud is too slow. “Scaling AI is not a computing problem, it's a networking problem,” as Serge Lucio, Vice President of chip manufacturer Broadcom, aptly put it last year.
