Before booking your travel, please read the reimbursement guidelines and FAQ carefully!

Please book your journey timely to avoid high costs and always choose cost-effective options. 🔗 You can access the full Reimbursement Guidelines & FAQ here . What you need to organise yourself:
  • Transportation: Train, bus or car travel to Berlin and public transport in Berlin.
  • Accommodation: For 5 or more hours of total travel time (all journeys included) between your location and Berlin, you can book your accommodation from October 7 to October 10 (i.e., 3 nights). For journeys of less than 5 hours, only 1 night from October 8 to October 9 will be covered.
  • Reimbursement requires official invoices and in some cases screenshots of comparing offers (these need to be uploaded later and sent via post – see guidelines). We can cover the costs for the above mentioned.
Please note that reimbursement is valid only for the members, alumni and mentors of the community whose participation is confirmed. Bookings that don’t follow the reimbursement guidelines may not be eligible for reimbursement. If you have questions regarding your bookings, please contact us at info@ai-grid.org.
