Prof. Prasenjit Mitra

Prof. Prasenjit Mitra is a professor at Pennsylvania State University and a visiting professor at the L3S Center of Leibniz University Hannover. Since earning his degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University in 2003, he has focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. His work has been supported by the NSF CAREER Award and esteemed institutions such as the Department of Energy (DoE) and Microsoft Research. He has published over 200 peer-reviewed papers and supervised numerous PhD dissertations.
