Reimbursement of the travel costs
AI Grid will cover travel and accommodation costs for members, mentors and ambassadors:
• One night in Berlin*
• Return trip from home to conference venue (train, bus, car)
*Important: The room must be paid for by you on arrival. Reimbursement will be made on invoice after the Summit. For any overnight stay costing more than 120 euros, please notify the AI Grid team before booking (alice@ai-grid.org) and provide proof that no other options are available (make a screenshot). Upon confirmation of your registration, you will receive the travel expenses reimbursement guide. Please read it carefully!
