Mor Peleg ist Professorin für Informationssysteme und Leiterin des Data Science Center der Universität Haifa, ehemalige Vorsitzende des BSc Data Science-Programms und ehemalige Vorsitzende der Abteilung für Informationssysteme. Sie ist Chefredakteurin des Journal of Biomedical Informatics, Mitglied des Redaktionsausschusses von Methods of Information in Medicine und ist International Fellow des American College of Medical Informatics und Fellow der International Academy of Health Sciences Informatics. Mors Forschung konzentriert sich auf klinische, leitlinienbasierte Entscheidungshilfesysteme (CDSS) für Patienten und Ärzte.
