AI Grid is strategically managed by a presidium of high-ranking figures from academia and the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology, and Space. Operational implementation is handled by Talentik GmbH, an experienced project management service provider for young talent programs and innovation projects in the fields of computer science and AI.

BOARD

The Presidium is the decision-making body of the AI Grid. In addition to deciding on matters submitted for its consideration, it also decides on the selection and appointment of AI Grid ambassadors, the selection and admission of applicants, budget planning, and all strategic issues relating to the project. The Presidium consists of high-ranking figures from academic research and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

PROJECT TEAM

Talentik GmbH (formerly EIT ICT Labs Germany GmbH) is responsible for the operational implementation. The company specializes in coordinating programs for young talent in the field of computer science. As a project management service provider, it has extensive expertise in the design, planning, implementation, and management of large-scale innovation projects and programs in the field of research and industrial cooperation. Since 2012, Talentik GmbH (formerly EIT ICT Labs Germany GmbH) has been managing the Software Campus, a development program for IT executives with currently 22 partners from science and industry. It is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and reporting of the program, as well as for communication, events, and platform management.
