Her research focuses on artificial intelligence and decision-making under uncertainty, especially in networked multi-agent systems. She also supervises several projects at the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI and is active as a mentor in the AI \u200b\u200bGrid to support young AI talents in their research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Valuable tips<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In her lecture, Prof. Maghsudi imparted valuable best practices: How a scientific paper should be structured to have the best chance of publication, how to deal with co-authorship, which journals you should publish in and how you should respond to the feedback the assessor responds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some of the most important tips:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Maintain clarity and comprehensibility<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Good structuring as a key element<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Build on solid, previous research<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Do your best, but don't see rejection as a catastrophe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Higher rejection rates at top conferences and journals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Take reviewer comments seriously, revise and resubmit work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Don't just hope for luck when submitting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support for young researchers in AI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Young researchers in the field of AI who are looking for additional support with their thesis through mentoring and networking are warmly invited to join the AI \u200b\u200bGrid.
